• 🆔 Identity Verification Required: We use Truvi for guest verification. You must complete a quick identity check by uploading a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) after booking.
• 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or in the pool area.
• 👤 Primary Renter Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must be staying at the property, and is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.
